Navalia partnered with Jack in the Box Inc. and its affiliates to create a new digital platform aimed at driving digital growth.

Both iOS and Android applications were developed using a modern technology stack, leading to significant improvements in application performance, user interface/user experience (UI/UX) responsiveness, and overall robustness and maintainability. These enhancements resulted in a more seamless and efficient ordering process, which in turn increased customer satisfaction and engagement.

Additionally, this initiative improved the developer experience by utilizing a unified codebase supported by automated Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. By leveraging the platform engineering capabilities developed by the teams at Navalia and Jack in the Box, digital delivery teams were able to expedite service onboarding and promotions across various environments, reducing deployment times to just minutes. Moreover, the platform’s compliance with security and infrastructure team guidelines encouraged better collaboration among teams and ensured regulatory compliance.
